Trust and safety

Automation should have a visible boundary.

BillingNudge is designed so the account owner can see what will send, understand what happened, and stop future reminders when the invoice situation changes.

Preview before approval

Server previews show the resolved recipient, invoice facts, wording, and schedule before activation.

State checked before send

BillingNudge checks the current invoice and account state immediately before each delivery attempt.

No silent restart

A promised-payment date pauses reminders. The owner reviews what happens next rather than having the sequence resume on its own.

Visible activity

Accepted, delivered, delayed, bounced, failed, complained, paid, paused, and canceled events remain attached to the invoice.

What stops or pauses future reminders

  • The account owner marks the invoice paid, pauses it, or cancels it.
  • A promised-payment date is recorded.
  • The provider reports a bounce, complaint, or terminal delivery failure.
  • The account is suspended, deleted, outside its billing entitlement, or above a safety limit.
  • An operational abuse or security review requires sending to stop.

BillingNudge does not move client money

Customers continue to create invoices and receive client payments through the tools they choose. BillingNudge stores the invoice facts needed for approved reminders, but it does not process or hold the client’s invoice payment. Stripe processes BillingNudge subscription payments separately.

Privacy boundaries

BillingNudge does not use session replay, recipient profiling, message-open tracking, or message-content analytics. Product analytics excludes client details, invoice values, message content, typed fields, and token-bearing URLs.

The privacy policy explains data categories, providers, retention, export, and deletion in more detail.

Recipient protection

The service is limited to legitimate administrative communication about B2B invoices. Reminder footers identify the service and provide a non-guessable abuse-report link. Reports create a high-priority operational alert and may pause sending while the account is reviewed.

Review the acceptable use policy or report an unexpected reminder.

Security contact
